    Stay Prayed Up
Join Mark Wahlberg and Jonathan Roumie this Easter season as we seek to create a transformative habit of prayer. In just a few minutes each day, we'll find inspiration in Scripture to turn to God throughout our daily lives. Mark will read one verse each day and then help motivate us for the day ahead. These quick, powerful sessions will challenge you to relentlessly follow God and stay prayed up always.

1Run the RaceWelcome to Stay Prayed Up! In this first session, Jonathan reflects on the purpose of prayer, and Mark encourages us to imagine what our lives could look like if we made prayer a real, active part of our day. We'll meditate on St. Paul's words in his 2nd Letter to Timothy: "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."
      Day 1: Mark & Jonathan
2Don't Be AfraidIn today's session, Mark takes us into Psalm 27 and asks us to consider what our lives might look like if we truly let God be our light — and released the fears that hold us back from drawing closer to Him.
      Day 2: Mark
3Trust in His PlanToday, we'll reflect on a verse from the Book of Jeremiah with a word for every moment of doubt, confusion, or uncertainty — an invitation to trust that God sees us and has not forgotten us.
      Day 3: Mark
4Conqured the WorldIn today's session, we'll reflect on something we already know: In the world, we will have trouble. But Mark helps us remember that Jesus has already conquered it. We'll sit with His words from the Gospel of John.
      Day 4: Mark
5Deny YourselfMark gives us one of Jesus' most challenging invitations and helps us reflect on what it truly means to follow Him, not just in words but in the way we live each day.
      Day 5: Mark
6Persevere in PrayerIn today's session, Mark brings us to Paul's Letter to the Romans with a timely reminder that our life of faith is built one day at a time—and that God meets us in the effort.
      Day 6: Mark
7Be LightIn our final session of Stay Prayed Up, Mark & Jonathan close with a send-off into the world—a reminder that everything we've built in prayer this week is meant to shine outward into the lives of everyone we encounter.
