Join Bishop Lou Tylka as he explores the the Diocese of Peoria's Five Foundations. The Diocese of Peoria has articulated Five Foundations based upon conversations with the priests and lay faithful as to what we believe our priorities are for the Church in Central Illinois to grow for the future. The Five Foundations are: evangelization, discipleship, vocations, the Eucharist, and Archbishop Fulton Sheen.

5Fulton SheenToday we honor Venerable Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen, a son of the Diocese of Peoria. Sheen was a tireless preacher, a man of prayer, and a lover of the Eucharist and a committed son of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
