Dare to Dwell: A Podcast with the Daughters of St. Paul
God has dared to dwell in you. Do you dare to dwell in him? What does it mean to abide in Christ? We are Catholic religious sisters gathering around the mics to break open this dare with you. Join us as, together, we explore the radical, intimate, earth shattering invitation of Jesus to each one of us. This season, Sr. Orianne Pietra René and Sr. Julie Marie Benedicta break open the comments and questions asked by students attending the SEEK conference. Episodes published every other Wednesday. The Daughters of St. Paul is a congregation of Catholic women living our vocation to consecrated religious life in service to God's people by preaching the Gospel through all forms of media. Nicknamed The Media Nuns, we hope that we will help you to encounter God's love wherever you happen to live, work, or scroll.

60S3 E5: Encountering JesusHow and where do you encounter Jesus? We often talk about the importance of having a "personal" relationship with Jesus. But sometimes, when we hear "personal relationship," we think "individual relationship"—a "me and Jesus" mentality where the Church doesn't play a role. Is it possible to be in relationship with Jesus without being in relationship with his Church? In this episode, Sr. Nancy (@srnancy), Sr. Danielle (@danielleshabit) and Fr. Harrison (@fr.harrison) discuss what the Church is, how we encounter Jesus through his Church, why the Church is essential for this encounter, and how we live this challenging yet salvific reality. 62S3 E3: Participation in Christ"Jesus literally, really, truly, substantially lives in you through baptism." —Fr. Harrison Do you know this? Really know it? We may think of baptism as a rite of passage, a symbolic initiation into a faith community, or a spiritual indwelling of Christ in us. But it's more—much more. In this episode of The Daughters' Project Podcast, Fr. Harrison, Sr. Nancy and Sr. Danielle unpack the mind-blowing reality St. Paul speaks about whenever he uses the phrase "in Christ," and what it means to have Jesus living, working, serving, suffering, dying, and rising in you—no matter where you are or what you're going through.
