Hello and welcome to Hallow's original Intro Challenge! These 9 sessions will guide you through 3 methods of prayer: Christian Meditation, the Examen, and Lectio Divina.

4Reflecting on your dayFor these next three sessions, we’ll learn how to recognize God’s grace in our day using a method of prayer called the Examen.

5Reflecting on gratitudeToday we’ll continue to practice reflecting and finding God in our day. We'll focus on gratitude.

6Reflecting on challengesToday we’ll complete our introduction to the Examen as we look more closely at the challenges of the day.

7Talking with GodFor our final three sessions, we will explore how to talk with God through Lectio Divina, "sacred reading" of Scripture. We’ll pray today with Matthew 11:28-30.
