      Detachment
Join Fr. Mark-Mary, Sr. Miriam, Dr. Arthur Brooks, and Jake and Heather Khym for 14 days of learning to practice detachment and let go of stress. What would it look like to stop white-knuckling your life — to release the pressure, the worry, the feeling that everything depends on you? Together, we'll read from Fr. Jacques Philippe's spiritual classic, Searching for and Maintaining Peace, and discover that the peace you're looking for isn't found in holding on more tightly, but in letting go.
